I decided to go for this as I'd just bought my first bass drum without any tom mountings and although it takes a fair amount of initial tweaking to get the positioning absolutely right, once you've got it all set this is a great, practical bit of kit.
To be able to have this set up and ready to go makes full kit changeovers in a live setting much quicker and easier.
Just be careful when it's fully set up with the snare and tom attached that you pick it up from the bottom and not the drums!
I love Gibraltar hardware in general and this doesn't disappoint. Build quality is solid as you would expect from Gibraltar.
I would say that it's probably best used with a max. 22" bass drum tho as any bigger and I'm not sure you could get it quite line with the snare as you would like. That would be my only reservation.

Sorry but I'm not a writer and I can only say really good equipment for my personal use. Love it wish I had this gear a long time ago. Tough, ready, compact and cute or pleasing to the eye, mine anyway.
Thanks Guys and Gals keep the ideas rolling and the prices slowing.
