Bought this item to stop my Tom Tom from toppling over every time I hit it. I have an undrilled Gretsch Renown Bass drum, and using a cymbal stand with a mount just didn't hold it securely enough. The Stealth works perfectly, very sturdy, and I can even put a cymbal on it. It's not very quick to set up, and you have to dismantle the pieces to get them into a hardware bag. But on the whole a very solid product.
