Decent enough, but a bit flimsy. At this price, that is to be expected. The plastic nut probably will not last active screwing and un-screwing, so for more active use in studio or live situations, get something more professional-grade.

Your bog standard hi hat clutch. Never ever had to think about it or worry about it when I was playing, I knew it would hold up. This is a sign of a good piece of gear in my opinion. If I ever needed to adjust it it was easy. Never gave me any trouble.

It is possibly a bit too plain for some. I know an awful lot of people like drop clutches, but I can't really stand them myself. This clutch is perfect for me.
