Gotoh GE103B-T B TOM-Style Bridge

I bought this bridge as a replacement for the stock one on an Edwards EX75 (Explorer clone from the 90s).

The build quality is great, and compared to the stock bridge, this one provides more space for the saddle to move, therefore better intonation adjustment, and the posts will slightly improve sustain. The saddles are nicely fit, they don't cause any unnecessary noise and they move nicely when adjusting intonation.

Be aware of the following:
-I personally needed to drill holes for the new posts since these are way thicker than the original ones.
-The saddles are barely notched, if you play with heavy string gauge, like 56 on the low E for example, you'll definitely want to make deeper notches.

Bottom line:
The Gotoh GE103B is a fantastic product, and it made a huge impact on my instrument's performance. 5/5

First and foremost, a decent product if you're looking to replace your faulty or existing bridge. It feels really well put together and the action, when adjusting for intonation is really smooth. I did, however, find the saddle cut-outs to be on the small side. Most of them aren't too bad and, so far, I haven't had a problem with any strings coming off their saddles apart from the bottom. I use a .58 (B tuning) and it's respective saddle needed filing down a little for it to stay put. With a standard set, i'm sure it'll be okay. As said, the rest of the strings (.13, .17, .26, .36, .46) are fine.

I put a Gotoh bridge on my esp ltd ec 401 fm after I wore down the original bridge.I don't know if my hands are too rough of maybe I palm mute too heavy but I'm hard on guitar bridges.I wore the chrome finish off of the bass side of the original bridge and the corner of the low e saddle.The Gotoh seems to be made out of better material.After a little over a year I've wore some of the black paint off but the metal seems to be holding it's shape.It's also a very tight fit.Like it's just a little bit smaller than the original was.It doesn't just drop down on to the posts....I have to put a small amount of pressure to make it fit but then it stays in place.Set up and intonation is easy...like most TOMs.I would recommend replacing any cheaper bridges with atleast a Gotoh or better quality any day!
