Suitable for Acoustic Basses
Froz3n 05.10.2020
Bought if for my acoustic bass. It is intentionally little bit oversized. I easily shaped the hight, width and radius with sandpaper. Sound is well improved. Grap tech TUSQ is definitely an improvement to your instrument.

Not good enough
Edgar Blackdagger 01.05.2024
It sounds VERY bright, it's too light and a quite soft, I use .10 and .11 strings and they immediately dug into it.
It's ok for replacing a cheap plastic saddle on cheap guitars, but it's not good enough for a 500€+ guitar

Mooie upgrade van plastiek naar Tusq
Tom 72 30.07.2024

Tusq rules!
Benjamin I. 15.10.2024
Not much to say, millions of instruments sound better thanks to this material. I made a saddle for a folk guitar, went simple, and the intonation is spot-on without much work. Regular small files and sandpaper, a magnifier and a steady hand are all that you need. The bone saddle on my Sigma seemed okay but it sounded mushy in comparison. Tusq is incredibly marble-like in sound. Perfect.
