Disappointing Delivery of my Dream kit

The Deep Cherry looks amazing and it is a great sounding kit. However the finish on my Bass Drum was very poor. The Lacquer was scarred or outer shell cracked in my order. Thomann customer services are being very difficult also which is very disappointing.
