It depends a lot on your preferences if you like this synth. For me it just wasn’t the right one and I really love the iridium and prophet 10, so it wasn’t dislike to the concept here in general marrying wavetables with some analogue goodness. The feel according to price was a bit underwhelming as encoders are sometimes a bit fiddly to dial in and i’ve seen that better in cheaper competition. Overall the sound it makes certainly has a ton of character. If that character really suits you may not be obvious from youtube so i’d recommend trying it out somewhere if you have the chance. It may really be your dream machine after all. The VA is something people talk about a lot but honestly it’s far from a real analog and it’s not really why i’d get it. Layering va with waves is a lot more interesting already. The sound is certainly deep and clear, however take care of your ears as it can play in high frequencies like no other synth I know. I would recommend giving it a chance!
