Great switcher
Thomas O. 713 14.12.2021
Got this as I was building a new board , this has 8 channels in series and can split into 2 groups of 4 which is handy if you want to run the 2nd group of 4 pedals ,echos, reverb etc. in the FX loop of your amp.Reasonably easy to set up and it also has 2 relay switches to switch channels on an amp or in my case a 2 channel preamp. It has midi and sends 2 midi signals at a time . i use it to control the dark sun delay and eq2 pedal and will be adding another mod pedal later on. I would highly recommend you watch the excellent video manual on how to program this excellent pedal switcher.

Lifesaver
runkimrun 27.01.2021
No more tap dancing. This has been a lifesaver in live situations. Also, protects the footswitches on your pedals. The addition of MIDI has been handy in switching presets on my Line 6 M5 as part of a patch. Easy to set up and use. Only negative, after a year of solid use, is that one of the footswitches has become a bit temperamental.

Tons of versatile features in a super compact switcher.
T00DEEPBLUE 04.04.2020
A very affordable loop switcher with triggers and MIDI support. A great solution for medium to large pedal boards that need to be relatively compact.

However I wish the footswitches were the soft click type and the in/out jacks were a bit more solid. Also the user interface for programming the MIDI functions is terrible. It's workable after reading the manual carefully several times over. But it's still convoluted and confusing. Especially for a newcomer.

However for the price you're not going to beat it.

Great switcher but MIDI issues
CarlL 15.05.2016
I bought this for its size and price to replace a GigRig Pro14, its a perfect size to fit into the Rockcase RC 23010B with a little room to spare for an input/output box beside it.

The problem: I have a Whammy 5 not in a loop, in front of the switcher, so need to program Program Changes to switch it off for every patch where I don't want it on. There seems to be a memory capacity issue for this. Very often I will program a Control Change message on a patch in bank 7 or 8 and then switch back to a patch in bank 1 or 2 and the Program Change has been corrupted, so the Whammy stays on. Not great and a real pain. If they got this sorted, for the price this would be a perfect switcher!

Best for its price

The only issue I have is a bit loose jack sockets. But over all best for the price!

Best budget option for the switchers. I use it to control all my 7 pedals Tc Electronic Alter ego x4 and my Bluguitar Amp 1 via midi. The only cons for me that for each preset you can only send two midi program change command at the same time.
