Okay cable for the practice room, but fragile

I got this for the oldies look and low price and its electrical properties turned to be okay. It will reduce your take treble compared to better cables, but it's nothing like the bad cables where this effect is very prominent. This is pretty impressive for the price range.

However, It doesn't fare very well on a stage. The minor thing is that the tweed design is fabric and will soak up liquids. That gets gross fairly quickly.

Much worse, while the connectors look fine and sturdy, the build of the cabling itself is flimsy and it died on me twice, once after a month of regular stage use, and another time after someone stepped on it while it was lying flat on the ground.

If you don't need reliability or won't be moving it around unpredictable environments, then it's an okay cable that won't kill your tone in a practice situation. But this is not a rugged cable and I advise against relying on it for performing. In that situation, it is at best a backup cable.

I wanted to get a tweed coil cable and was looking at the fender ones. My friend said I should get these as they are cheeper. I still wanted quality over quantity but then he told me he's had his for ages and it's still fine. My friend is very careless with cables and equipment so to me that showed their robustness. I bought 3 nearly for the price of one fender cable and they're all still working perfectly! I can't recommend these enough. Great for the value

The cable is good quality, 6 m length gives good space to move around with the guitar. The jacks look cheap, but are actually quite sturdy. The tweed fills nice, but the image is a bit misleading since the actual color is leaning more towards green rather than brown. Still looks vintage, tho.

Good product overall.

I bought this thinking what the hell, its cheap enough to where if its garbage it wont hurt too much. Recieving it I was initially impressed by the percieved build quality, it feels quite nice. No issues for about 30 hours, after which i didnt get any sound, just a dead cable. Its ok fun and looks great if you like the vintage look, but i think your money is better spent elsewhere, quality pays off in the long run.

We all know vintage is awesome and tweed is superb.
The cable coils well and maintaining its shape is easy. It seems to be holding up well its done at least 25 gigs so far and is as new. Connections get a little loose now and again. Over Al good cable for the money and would recommend

Does what it should

I bougt this cable a while back, as I didn't like taking my expensive cable out to jam nights with all kind of unpredictable strangers all the time.
So far it has continued to serve me well.
Extra bonus is that it looks nice and unique which helps keeping it from "accidentally" being bagged by another player.
Please don't buy it because it will make my cable less unique ;)
