Harley Benton HBO-850 Classic Blue

I used to live in Madrid, Spain and bought many things from Thomann and their service was very good...IN EUROPE! I moved to the USA and was delighted to find out they served the USA. I bought this guitar and told them the action was not acceptable and they directed me to one of their pages where it states that it falls within the "acceptable range"(I wonder if anybody who was involved with the write up plays guitar). I asked to return the item but Thomann does NOT have a USA warehouse nor a return shipping deal for USA customers so you have to pay for shipping to EUROPE which is way more than the cost of the guitar. You have been warned. I will never buy anything else from Thomann; this is not how you do business, folks....VERY DISAPPOINTED!
