It caused me more trouble than benefit actually. Not musical frequencies that are not responsive either, except if I go to the extremes. What you pay is what you get. I guess I will give it away soon. I only use it as a booster with everything flat, with only increased volume.
(Edit) The jack from the cable (regardless the quality of the cable) is keep on coming slightly out of the input/output, which causes noise. Another reason to give it 1 star or minus. Really bad quality
