I needed a new set of machine heads for my Ibanez BTB670. Two of the original machine heads broke within a few weeks of each other, it was my "A" and "D". I think I may have accidentally hit them off something during transportation. I replaced the first one from a local shop but then the second one broke and I had to take one from my other bass which meant I now had 3 different kinds of machine heads on my Ibanez! I do a LOT of gigs so this was an emergency!
After surfing the net I decided to buy these Harley Benton Gold Machine Heads. They look lovely and were very easy to fit myself. They were delivered in two days from Germany to Scotland. I have since done three gigs with them and they hold tune prefectly. I am very happy and I must say that the customer service from Thomann is the best. I accidentaly ordered two sets, Thomann customer service noticed this and delayed the second order because it was very similar to the first order, they e-mailed me asking to confirm the order, I telephoned them and cancelled the second order. That is top quality customer service right there! I recommend this company and I will use them again.

Good tuners, but came with a faulty one

Bought these for my HBB 4000 after one of the original tuners on it broke. They were exactly as i expected, except one of the nuts was too small and didn't fit on any of the tuners. Luckily these are the same as I had previously so I was able to use one of the older ones.
