Didn't fit a sound hole it was supposed to fit

The quality of the top is just ok, the rubber not so much. What I didn't like at all is that it didn't fit a guitar sound hole it was supposed to fit in (according to the specifications).
It was too large and when I got it to go in for a moment it just dropped.. I'm desperate to find a 9,7mm soundhole feedback buster and I thought this was it, turns out it wasn't.

The glue that holds the foam is very bad. I will have to glue again.

The "wood" part is actually plastic and not very tasteful.
