I've got three of these. And they all do what they are supposed to do. The only problem is that they all produce some noise. Nothing dramatic, but still quite audible, like an annoying mosquito.

This is a good item… there’s an inbuilt weakness where the cable joins the plug, the cable can break here. Take care when winding the cable up to put it away.. and I’m sure it will be fine.
My first one broke but they’re cheap enough to buy so I bought 2 and keep one for a spare..
