First rate short-scale guitar, recommended.
Big Ben 17.06.2019
This was purchased as the basis for a custom project, but we've spent a while playing it unmodified. It's just that good, if you need a short-scale electric guitar.
What's it like? Exactly as described by Thomann.
The smaller scale will best suit the younger student or smaller adult hand, but if you can manage a big ukulele (baritone, eg) then you should have no difficulties.
The fit and finish is first class, decent materials too. I'm used to setting up my guitars after opening the box (used to do it professionally), but apart from tuning there was nothing that this needed. Harmonics were spot on. That is good at any price, and highly praiseworthy.
Problems? No.
I mildly dislike the feel of the machine head knobs, but that's just me being picky. The machine heads work smoothly and precisely.
The sound is exactly what one would expect from a pair of humbuckers, with a bit of a single-coil feel that still mellows out on demand. Works well with my minimum Marshall as well as the big rig. Not elaborate, but versatile enough for most work.
The short-scale neck would suit the smaller hand, naturally. But my big (arthritic) paws could still manage chords above the octave after a half hour of familiarisation.
Smaller or younger hands should fit well.

Somewhat better than a toy
Ro S 22.04.2023
Don't expect to get a miniature version of the otherwise brilliant Harley Benton line of guitars.

The bad stuff:
The fretboard edges are rough and uncomfortable to play
The frets are sticky
Tuners are of low quality
Volume pot is mounted way to close to the body causing it to catch as you turns it
Intonation was non-existent (sure this can happen during shipping)
No factory set up to speak of. If you are not sure how to set up your string height, intonation and neck adjustments you will have an instrument that is next to impossible to tune.
For a similar price Harley Benton has some excellent full size instruments. This is pretty much a toy.
Packaging was almost non existent and it's next to a miracle that the guitar made it in one piece.

If you are getting this instrument for your kid make sure you take it to someone who can help you set it up. If not, chances are your little one will get bored of playing guitar rather quickly since the "out of the box experience" is not very good.

The good stuff:
Looks cool

Very playable for the price!
Emmanuel Tuts-Schiemsky 24.03.2023
Everything works as expected.....
Neck and frets are smooth. No sharp edges......
The finisch is more than good.
Don't forget ,this is a 100 euro guitar......
I founded the strings to light for this scalelenght.
I am not a schredder......
I putted flatwound 11-50 on and adjusted the bridge.
Plays very well with lots of sustain and a nice clean tone........
The pickups are passive(what I prefer) and the pots and switch are very usefull......
Perfect guitar to chill in the canapé........

Only needs wider gauge strings
EliasHalldor 10.04.2024
I was having trouble with setting it until I got 12/54 gauge strings. The strings it comes with are too thin to hold tune in open chords on the first two frets. In all other respects it is awesome!
