Since very recently i discovered playing with metal picks. I don't want anything else anymore. The sound and feel is awesome. This HB package is very much worth the little bit of money they cost. To keep 'm from sliding from my fingers i hammer some buts in 'm with a screw...for a tighter grip. very pleased!

Metal picks - you like them or you don't
Bavarian Barbarian 02.06.2019
This is my first foray into metal picks. Since I have no real point of comparison, I'm not sure what would really differentiate these from other metal picks. They're much thinner than what I am used to, but just as rigid (I like thick picks). I'm not a "heavy"picker so I can't see that they're causing any undue wear on my strings. I kind of LIKE the attack that I'm hearing from them. They're much less expensive than other brands, so I guess that's really their key selling point.

If you're curious about metal picks (or already love them), these are definitely the place to start!

Good picks for edge of breakup sound
olrak 26.06.2018
I use them on my Tele with thick strings (12) and amp set to edge of breakup. For that purpose they sound great.Being made of stainless steel, they are not flexible, even though they are thin. It's really easy to dig hard into the strings and get distortion(think AC/DC or mid-tempo punk). Now the cons.
Cons : Not for everybody. Some fast metal and hardcore players will find lack of pick flexibility too much for them.Stainless steel wears out your strings more. They don't have the greatest grip.

All in all i'm satisfied but if you need more flexible metal pick i suggest you look into the copper picks.

Feel the scratchiness
Artem Smushkov 23.04.2020
Great quality picks, but unfortunately they are too thin, thin enough to go deep between 4, 5 and 6 strings' wound. It slows you down and give the scratchiest sound you can get from guitar. With same material and quality, but increased thickness they would be *much* better.
