With so much sound from a small box, HB have pulled another rabbit from they're hat, could be the 2 speakers together in one box that make this so powerful, but well done guys. Easily enough sound for a small bar or cafe, 20/30 talking people, YES THE STREET BOX EASILY COVERS THIS GIG WITH STRONG & CLEAN SOUND, which is my local once a month bar gig and sure enough, a powerful machine in any sensible situation for vocal & acoustic guitar.
A great feature is the master volume, mostly found on professional desks & music gear and welcome.
3 'full' input channels, all with full eq and fx.
Nice 'quality feel' in the controlls.
I'm not an effects user, but there's plenty of sweet sounding reverb if you need it
I never have needed 'anti feedback' but the notch/depth controlls are easy to use and very effective.
A big pitty Street box doesn't have line out Maybe thomann will do an interphase to correct this, would be nice.
I usually cut my 'lows' to 80 or 100 kHz, I believe my voice, acoustic guitar and harmonica sound sweetest there, the streetbox lows roll off at 80khz, 'but not at all noticable' perfect for me.
Feature, volume control on the bluetooth is good, my wife has a blue tooth mic system, this is great and adds yet another channel to the streetbox.
Very light and easy to carry in its dedicated bag. Nicely finished, maybe needs corner buffers and a 'kick back' stand for the buskers among us, but suits me as is.
But it "needs a line out", I'd use it full time if it had a line out, for that extra sound boost, for mid to monster sized gigs.
Nice one HB :-)
