Heriba 172 SW String Winder BK

Regular String Winder, small and compact. The only issue you can have is with bigger tuning heads.

For a small plastic winder, it works well. I appreciate that it supports both small and large tuning head sizes.

I prefer to use this one, than the D'Addario or Ernie Ball ones that I tried. It could still be improved. It fits the heads of my classical guitar very well. On the acoustic the fit is more loose, so it is easy to slip while turning.

A lil more expensive then the cheap stringwinders thomann has for sale, but regarding to what you get, an upgrade worth each penny ….

I am very happy that i bought this winder, i have a much better grip when winding and also it locks better

If you are not changing strings daily (then you need a better one) but you are serious about maintenance of your guitars this string winder is well worth the money …

Does take a few minutes off the process of swapping strings and the bit to pull the string locks on acoustics works well as long as yours aren't shoved too far

Does its job well, doesn't slip out and hasn't broken in the many string changes I've done.

I just have these around in a drawer, they always come in handy.

It just works. Sometimes needs to tight up the screw
