The pick's size and shape is just the one I need. After playing four years with only these picks I can't play with any other pick. The shape of this pick is just perfect.

The grip makes sure that the pick doesn't slip off my hands even if I had sweaty hands and fingers.

The sand grip itself stays there for a infinite time if you don't wreck it on purpose. The tip of the pick doesnt' last very long in its original shape and it wears out very quickly, but when it reaches a specific point of being worn out, it stops wearing out and stays right there.
