Very problematic installation

To be fair it is hard to report on the quality of these plugins, purely because the installation process is so bad that I was unable to successfully install it. It is such a large install that I purchased a dedicated drive, as maybe many users might, but the installation does not easily allow you to point to this drive and proceeds to install the very large sound files to the default locations.

Once this has happened, their product manager then gets very muddled up. So far I’ve been unable to get the software installed and I’m seeking a refund.

The IK support seems very poor also.
