Amazing guitar, no regrets.
popanakonopa 06.02.2024
This guitar hit every spec I wanted. It has the 27 inch scale, amazing pickups, comes stock with straplocks, locking tuners and an Evertune. The color is way more beautiful in person, the neck is actually darker than any photos would lead you to believe and I am immensely satisfied. The guitar is a perfect combination of modern specs and cool 1980s superstrat aesthetics.
The pickup configuration makes for a lot of variety with very limited controls. There are no push-pull knobs, the blade switch is only a 3 way, yet using the volume controls correctly allows you to even coil split the bridge pickup.
The Evertune bridge is extremely intuitive and if one has had to deal with a Floyd Rose-style bridge, this would feel like a walk in the park.
One issue I had on my particular guitar - which does not imply that this is an issue with the model - is that I experienced significant grounding issues. That is a quick fix for someone with some experience. That being said, this is a guitar priced at nearly 2k euro - thus, it was rather disappointing. That being said, once fixed, the guitar became absolutely jaw-dropping.

Hell yeah

What can I say. Once I saw the specs on this bad boy I had to get it straight away. I have been looking for a 27" scale 7 string with an evertune for a while now and to finally find one with a set of bare knuckle pickups already in it was just *chefs kiss*.
The guitar was set up pretty well from the get go and only minor string height adjustements were necessary (but I guess that depends on preference).
The neck shape feels very nice and fast to me and the fret job on my guitar was immaculate.
The finish also looks really cool in person and I love that they left the natural neck because I prefer the feel of that over glossy necks.
The pickups sound very nice and balanced and I think they sit quite well in a mix.
I would have loved to see stainless steel frets on this guitar, but other than that it's absolutely amazing.

Eine Modern Metal Maschine
V_5150 27.07.2024
