I have a Bach 24AW but this has an American standard sized shank. The JF 24AW has a European Large shank which I needed. The inner and outer rim dimensions are very similar to the Bach in comparison. The pear shape of the mouthpiece bowl is similar. The overall depth is not. The JF 24AW is approximately 2.5mm shallower than the Bach and the 24W is approximately 5.0mm shallower. This is not a bad thing just worth knowing. The silver plating is good quality and the look and feel of the mouthpiece is nice.
