Pimp your Uke
I wanted to pimp my kit ukulele and was looking around for ideas for stickers and decals. Found this one in passing which seemed appropriated.
Note this is a sticker and not a decal, so it is not flush with the body of the instrument. Also think carefully where to place it, so it is somewhere out of strumming distance, to avoid rubbing and maybe wearing it off.
Quite easy to apply. There is a backing on the glued side and protective layer on the top side. Consider your placement first. Then peel off the glue backing, press the sticker on and smooth it out from the centre. Finally carefully remove the top protective layer. The sticker feels quite solid and is about a 0.5 mm thick. The glue is strong enough to provide a solid grip, so again consider placement carefully before applying. A quick and easy way to personalise your instrument.

Small but it's not her fault
Bought to put on a home-made effects pedal, (painted in a sonic blue colour). She went on easily and looks classy. The size of the decal is fairly small which means that you have to get close to see the details. I used a clear-coat lacquer over the pedal and sticker when I was done to afford some protection.
In my opinion the large white blumes behind the ukelele player (echoing the one in her hair), detract from the shape and clarity of the sticker. If I did it again I'd use a skalpel to carefully remove these. Nice product.
