A
Simple method to customise the look
Anon-e-mus 13.07.2021
I've already used stickers on two other guitars and wanted a different look for an upgrade I was working on. These work best for acoustic guitars or electric guitars with dot inlays. Larger inlays won't work since the stickers are often not wide enough to cover them. Once applied, you can hardly feel them and do not affect playability at all.

The safest method is to roll the protective plastic back just far enough for the sticker you are applying. Line the sticker up into the correct position and then press down and firmly rub outwards from the middle in all directions. Then carefully pull back top plastic. As you get further down you can cut off the plastic that's already been used.
The further up the neck you go, the smaller the distance between frets so this is a little more tricky. It can mean that the smaller stickers are more difficult to remove from the backing or that the adhesive layer is less effective. I applied a tiny amount of Pritt stick to one sticker for this reason, so it was enough to hold but that were was no residue.
Although it is a little fiddly on the higher frets, it does not take long to do and the results look good and last too. I own two other guitars with stickers applied and they have lasted over a year without any wear.

12th Fret market on 25'5 Scale has gaps
DJayson 28.10.2024
As it is made to ''fit all guitars'' its is made to fit the smallest scale possible, the gibson scale at 24'75. Thing is, if you have a longer scale instrument the 12th fret market will either leave a gap on the top or the bottom so you won't have that perfect look of the cards on 11th and 13th.
Most won't notice from affar, but, you will know.
Make its because i installed it on a cheap harley benton but if you normal fret market are not flush with the fretboard, you might notice a slight recess or bump in the stickers once installed.

Both these issues aren't really noticeable by others at a distance, but i guess you are putting those for yourself and you will notice these issues.

Still giving a good score as you can customise any guitar easily, eapecialy cheap ones you dont care about. maybe try looking for the less complex and not continuous from fret to fret markersand it will look quite good i'd say.

Expect 30 minute install, cutting and retringing included if you are meticulous
