Having researched bucket mutes online and considering the different brands available I decided to go for this one. I already have a clip-on bucket mute for my Flugelhorn and although the sound is good it is not that easy to get on and off. This was one reason to go for this push-in type for my trumpet.
I've had it a while now and so far I'd say it's excellent quality and looks great. The sound is fantastic. Really nice timbre and tone colours which are completely different to any other mutes. Compared with the other type available (clip-on) I much prefer this one.
Other band members were immediately impressed when I took it to rehearsal and liked the sound I produced with it.
In conclusion, I'm really really pleased I bought it.

Great Sound

Had this a while now and still have a smile on my face when I use this mute. Intonation is good and the sound is fairly loud for a mute which is fantastic for varying dynamics and colouring mood. It is fairly versatile and a bit more than a one trick pony. A very expressive sound that you can sort of bend to your own needs.

Fun and Unique Mute

Plays very nice with a unique sound. Does not sound quite like a "true" bucket sound, but is still a useful sound that should be in all trumpet players' arsenals.
