Liefst van al koop ik het origineel van Mad Professor (Sweet Honey OD). Maar de Sweet Baby is veel goedkoper en ik vermoed weinig verschillend. Leuke overdrive. De Focus knop nog wat uitproberen. Deze is speciaal. Links zachter en meer attack gevoelig, rechts wat aggressiever. Het gaat om subtielere verschillen.
Joyo (HarleyBenton) overdrives zijn nu eenmaal een goedkoop alternatief. Zo heb ik ook de vintage overdrive. Als ik een echte tubescreamer en Mad ProffessorSweet Honey had gekocht was ik een pak meer geld kwijt geweest, waarmee ik dan een extra pedaal kan aanschaffen. Maar misschien toch ook eer brengen aan de echte bedenker van het Circuit van Mad Proffessor. Joyo heeft het vooral goed en goedkoop weten namaken, wat ook een prestatie is natuurlijk.

Sounds great on basses

I wanted a very simple overdrive (lo & hi) to run my basses through and it delivers in spades. The right feel for a track can be dialled in immediately whether you want a mellow, low grumble or a sharp spiky crunch and the different shades of brown in between. I prefer to augment the bass tones and I don't feel any loss or compromise needed. My one doesn't hum with PSU which is a big plus.

Great sound regardless of price a really great product, and excelente overdrive and boost pedal, creamy sound just so close to the Marshall pedal it's based on, recommend unbeatable for the price amazing sound
