Although I think overall it does deserve 4 stars just considering the quality and the price range, I am personally disappointed by this piano. It was easy to put together, even on my own, although I would recommend two people if that can be easily arranged.
The feel is great and high quality. Both of the construction as well as the keyboard and keys. No complaints there.
The speaker quality is also great.
The functions it has are great, I'm not missing anything.
However, there is one really big problem for me, which might also be due to having too high expectations. In the grand piano mode, some notes sounds VERY unrealistic especially sustained. It sounds really like a digital piano, like I'm playing an organ almost, instead of a grand piano. I am really bothered by it as I mostly just play piano music and don't use all the other instrument options. I want a good sounding piano sound! So in that area, Kawai has disappointed me. But also, I have high standards, and might be expecting too much for the price. I don't have much experience with digital pianos. I had a much cheaper Kawai CDP 130 before, and never noticed this unrealistic sound this badly.
