Damaged Second Hand DJ Desk with two legs missing!

The service from Thomann doesn't even deserve the one star. I have used K&M products professionally for over 20 years, but this is the second time I have been sent damaged second hand DJ Desks. The first one had minor damage to the edge of the surface, but the second unit has worse damage and two levelling feet missing. I'm told I have to wait for the return before receiving my order, despite what has been delivered being clearly damaged second hand goods. Unacceptable!
