I was looking for a way to keep my headphones nearby without just laying them down on the desk or hanging them over my secondary screen.
All alternatives were either made in China or weren't specified (which by default means China) but then I found out at least these specific products of K&M are made in Germany!

Easy to install on any kind of desk, table or surface if there's enough space at the edge for it to clamp onto. It easily holds up to 2 headphone sets and keeps hanging, solid as a rock.
The major advantage to adhering something permanently is that you can take this one off completely or place it somewhere else without any trouble.

Very happy I found this product after looking around for a while. They're great to use in any kind of studio or for casual home use.

My only word of advice would be to Konig & Meyer in that they should advertise the "Made in Germany" aspect more as it's definitely a strong point for me and many other consumers!

I use this headphone holder in my home studio. I do mixing and mastering, and use headphone a lot. However, putting the headphone to its box has been always a problem for me cause it takes time. When i put it on desktop, it really looks messy. So i decided to buy a headphone holder and of course a quality one. That's why i choose K&M. Now, i'm super relaxed of using my headphone. It has place to sit. This is great upgrade for my studio. If you're using the headphone frequently, just buy it.

Great product. Well built, sturdy and very useful to have for headphones if you are converting a regular desk into one for studio usage. K&M are very reliable and an excellent choice for all studio stand choices.

Easy to use, stable, well built, attaches well. Not perfectly polished/smooth looking finish on the hook part, but good enough. Feels slightly rubbery, but hard to the touch. Top clamp soft "foam" part may leave a tiny bit of residue, if the holder is removed after a long time, which is quickly and easily cleaned off a smooth desk surface with a slightly moist tissue. Bottom plastic clamping circle looks like it has a slightly rough surface, but is smooth to the touch.

A deceptively useful bit of kit!

I actually have two of these in my home studio: one on each end of my desk. I use one for its intended purpose - holding my headphones - and the other to hold a guitar cable. These handy little guys are a great way to keep things reasonably organized in a tight studio (I also have their mic stand-mounted cousin in my vocal booth). They mount firmly and easily, and they are quite solid once in place.

I should also mention that this product features typical K&M quality. It is solidly and robustly built. There are cheaper options, undoubtedly, but they also tend to feel cheap in comparison to K&M.

Is this the first thing I would rush to buy on a limited budget? No, of course not. But if you are trying to make your life in the studio a little easier, then these will be a great addition. And if you're going to buy headphone/cable hangers, then the little bit extra you will pay for K&M quality is well worth it!

Build quality feels rock solid, attaches firmly to the desk and fits my two full sized headphones with no problems. I find the smaller notches that were designed to hold earphones to be also very useful for suspending the headphone cable at adequate working length as well as keeping my mobile phone charger cables neatly available as a nice bonus.
