Too Flimsy for Rough Work
Dave R. 09.12.2014
I got this goose neck to use at sit down music sessions where there is no room for the boom arm. It screws onto the top of the mic stand and the mic clip screws on top of it. It's very useful. However, right from day one I knew I got the wrong goose neck. It could hold the microphone (just about) but it just felt flimsy. Sure enough it was broken in a couple of months. I should have gotten the thicker K&M 225.
This one is probably more suitable to use in a studio where it will not wear out so quickly. My advise is to spend a few euros more and get yourself the thicker goose neck.

yeah its ok works fine, though i would say that if your using a heavyish mike close to speakers, the thing isn't super stable and it tends to wilt forward abit, but it's functional and cheap.

I bought it for my Sure Super 55 Deluxe, but can not hold because of its weight. Good for average, standard microphones.

Great accesory

This is a great addition to a regular stand since you can stand closer to the microphone without having your guitar colliding with the stand. I'd say its almost essential for anyone singing and playing a string instrument (such as guitar/bass/banjo etc.) to avoid frustration on the stage. I've had no quality issues at all and play about 30 gigs per year.
