After trying many different strings and brands I came over these from LaBella, and my search is over. I anyway prefer flatwound strings but none of the other brands I've tried have such a good articulation of the notes. Love it..
Silky smooth to play, lots of power when digging in. Stays in tune forever.
And last a long time before needing changing.
If you haven't tried LaBella's deep talking strings before I cant encourage you enough to try them out. This particular set is for string through body basses, be sure to choose the right set and gauge before ordering as they have different strings for different guitars.
They do cost a bit more than many other options, but in my opinion they are worth every cent.
Highly recommended.

before this I have played for a many brands and types of strings. but that set is designed for people, who doesn't make finger-races on neck like sport challenge) This set is designed for a full sound experience. If you don't like hard feeling of steel rounds. boring nickel tonality or sticky touch of tapes - you must to try this!
downside: qc could be better, it's about threads at the end of the strings
