I bought this blind having listened to Roland systems, the PM3 and Cm220. Both were nasally harsh which to me hurts my ears. Given that these will spen most of their time wired to my E-drums, they sound nice smooth with the cymbals at all bar highest volumes, which frankly since in that instance the speakers are only a meter away isnt suprising. At low volumes very nice indeed and yet to set them up with any real space to crank them. But they are loud. I spent similar money on QTX PAJ15 and 18" subs. Waste of cash. Buy these. The EQ is useul enough for me to mix ipod and drums, but Im sure that if you are a band you might be better off with a multi channel mixer for better and detailed fiddling. They are awesome for their size and I can only imagine that the bigger ones for bigger venues are also superb. Top marks from a happy buyer!!

Handy little system with good quality build and sound
Studioworx 27.10.2018
The build is good, but I would like to see the speakers be more secure when mounted on the matching stands. The sound quality is surprisingly good but the bass can sound a little baggy when cranked up towards the upper end. Depending on what music you're playing this might or might not be a consideration. The inputs are pretty standard for this type of equipment but I would like to see a few more especially XLR/jack with some basic EQ would be a welcome addition or even basic EQ on the master output. All in all, happy with the purchase.

Not loud enough
Michael9985 05.08.2015
As the title says' I found this system was not loud enough for practices. The other guys only use amps and the overall volume is not that loud however, the volume was insufficient for practice sessions.
Update 20/11/2015
I have to say that however good the sound (and it is a quality sound) there is insufficient volume for practice sessions. As a band we obviously work to the volume of the drummer who plays an acoustic kit. My vocals are barely heard and believe me I can really belt it out!. This PA is good for acoustic sessions only and if you need a PA for practicing then you need to go a step up. Its not that it doesn't ooze quality because it does, its just that I thought 350W RMS would be sufficient, however its not. I didn't send it back because I'm in the UK and it came from Germany, it was just too much hassle. It's now collecting dust in a corner :(

Worth it
JoshM 29.06.2015
For a cheaper priced speaker set, this has worked well.
I've had it for almost a year, and it's not let me down yet.
I use it almost everyday and twice a week give it a full blowing with my band....it's working well and not any major problems.
It does give a bit of crackle when I put my keys through it (with Clav/phraser piano)... but other than that works wonders
I'd recommend wearing it in with some very heavy music, gradually increasing the volume - otherwise it sounds a bit bland
Get one...before they put their prices up (because it's worth it's CURRENT price!!)
