If you are looking for a way to split 1 output into 4, this is the tool. If you are looking for an amplification device, I would advise against this device.
Once you go past the halfway mark of the controls, noise starts to be present in the sound. Also there is no value indication. I believe the device to be at 100% volume with the control half way but there is no certainty.

Great for Team Projects
Stravers30 08.01.2019
This HPA 4 is an inexpensive, robust and simple to use amplifier/singal splitter perfect for multi use production and band practise. I have been using it with my focusrite at my home studio and also at practise with the band straight from our mixing table, now four of us can use headphones at the same time and simultaneously listen to each other , adds a great dynamic to our practises . If you are using this to produce/master music , keep an eye on your volume levels on your DAW as it does boost the loudness signifcantly. a very handy tool.

Great for Home Studio
Raiinen 03.11.2020
Recording and you need the mix to send to a couple of headphones. Perfect for the job. It's budget and easy to use. Quality does degenerate so highly would not recommend mixing or application needing high fidelity through this, but perfect for recording and general listening purposes.

Ampli Casque correct pour un Home studio.
LaLaideHyene 15.05.2023
Cet ampli casque fait le job pour une utilisation en home studio.
Les boutons de volume pour chaque sortie casque sont les bienvenues et utiles.
Le son est assez fidèle à la sortie casque de mon interface.
Seul bémol : Absence de bouton on/off.

Handy
Afromambo 24.01.2018
First item arrived with a loose screw inside, but was quickly replaced by Thomann. Second item arrived in perfect condition.
Small but very solid and useful piece of equipment for a light price. Works fine, it has enough power to rehearse your instrument silently with no need for any extra amplification.
A little minus about the 'mono' switch, which would supposedly turn the input into a mono one, but it does not seem to accept mono inputs... I've had to have a shunt cable (mono to stereo) made to be able to use this box with a mono source (a bass), but apart from that it's a really handy piece of equipment and i recommend it.

Does what it says on the box.

The amp seems well built. It's metal, the knobs have a sturdy and smooth feel. The volume achieved is also very good. I have never had to turn it beyond half way for use with headphones (source: turntable). I like that its quite small aswell so it never gets in the way.
I have bought this amp to use with my turntable. The fact that it has 4 channels really helps as more than one person can listen to it with different headphones. Also, my stereo system only has a 3.5 mm input so with an adapter from 1/4 inch to 3.5 mm so I can connect the turntable to my stereo.
