This is an industry standard tambourine, with a great traditional sound.

My only gripe, is that the handle is plastic and can be quite uncomfortable after prolonged playing live and in the studio, unlike the Meinl tams, that have a rubber foam handle.

Apart from that, a good tambourine, very sturdy and solid.
