Can't beat what you get for the price

Use: At home in a small untreated room, for multimedia.

With Bluetooth and a desk volume knob with subwoofer level adjustment thrown in the mix you can't find any other brand offering all these features, let alone in this price range. It's incredible.

Some notes:
The volume knob's output is not fully linear and I suspect the entire audio signal is actually sent through the knob. The potentiometer has a significant jump in volume around 50%. It's hard to get the bass just right, and if you do and you're not super careful when adjusting volume you might end up dragging the subwoofer level with your adjustments since the knobs are milimeters apart. Some notching on the sub wheel would have helped tremendously.

The bass is slightly boomy and for some reason more directional than expected. The crossover seems to have a pretty steep curve so make sure you hit the frequency and sub volume just right.

Bluetooth sounds "passable" on JBL 305 MKII's but they definitely catch the lossy compression artifacts. Not recommended to play loud over Bluetooth, but it definitely works and is easy to use!

It's pretty easy to recommend for multimedia use, especially if you're running Mackie monitors as well. Looks great, incredibly easy to use, has more bells and whistles than other offerings, just has some quirks. If you can live with that it's probably the best ~200€ you can spend getting some low-end into your system.

Nice price & sound

Bought it to pair with my JBL104s that sound good enough for me but lacking in bass department.

Long story short: satisfied with my purchase. Sounds good, mixes well, crossover is set to 70hz. I set the volume level to a rather low value, just loud enough to add bass and punch to JBLs.

Setting up and connecting was easy. Supplied wired volume knob is rather nice, too.

3 stars for quality because 1st subwoofer came broken, and I had to ask Thomann for a replacement. Although, the replacement process was easy and in "no questions asked" manner. Free of charge as well. Kudos!
