TL;DR: not that quality, not for that asking price.

I was looking for something to both help out my aging Crumpler laptop backpack, and to transport synth modules, mixers and other miscellaneous gear around the planet.
At first glance, the backpack ticks all those boxes; as a very nice touch, there are padded dividers of various length that can be velcro'ed into place to provide extra slip protection and padding to your gear.
Ample of storage pockets, extra nettings - with and without velcro - and an extra net pouch in the main compartment make it easy to be organized, and keep the innards safe.
After years and years, the zippers still work beautifully.

However.
Those dividers that I mentioned have been sewn in such an amateurish fashion as to have threads and pieces of fabric sticking out at all angles; they still work as intended, but I do have expectations at this price point.
That was literally the first thing I remember being struck by when I unpacked this pack.
The second came to light a few months later, as the "PU leather" plastic outer shell started flaking off all over the place. Depending on your use case, that may be a cosmetic issue or a complete showstopper; any notion of water-repelling properties went straight out the window.
I should add that the backpack was never exposed to unreasonable doses of sunlight, so it is highly unlikely that UV light hastened the aging process, and deterioration.

Finally, if your airline is reasonably accommodating, and you do not open the expanding zipper down the middle and over-pack, then it is barely IATA cabin luggage compliant. I've never had to check it, though its dimensions do make it easy to over-pack, at least weight-wise.

I've had it for many years, and I've been annoyed with the workmanship for almost as long - but: I've also used it for all those years. Still, I will likely replace it within this year, and switch brands when I do.
