If you work with Bass Music, EDM, Rap and R&B, the Nu Mu is a treat. (If you do Rock/Metal/bands/etc you need to check the Vari Mu) 2 Valves per channel, a sexy metering system, knobs have not steps, making in a bit tricky to recall, but for what it delivers, it's a details that can be pardoned. Manley is such a mighty brand!

Der Sound ist toll. Zu viele Einstellungen machen die Entscheidung schwierig. Das Gerät macht das was es soll und das sehr gut. Kompression oder Begrenzung. Attack, Release, threshhold und gain. Wer möchte kann noch den Frequenzbereich unter 100 Hz unkompliziert durchlassen. Mehr braucht man nicht wirklich.

Das justieren der Nadeln des Vu-Meter ist etwas fummelig und je nach dem was sie anzeigen sollen um so mehr. Dazu muss der Deckel geöffnet werden. Sind nur 2 kleine Schrauben. Dann bekommt man allerdings genau das zu sehen was man sich gekauft hat. Nämlich Manley!!

Letzten Endes ist der Vu-Meter ja nur eine Orientierungshilfe.
Den Nu-Mu habe ich mit SSL Bus+ , Spl Iron , distressor und Timbre in einer Kette. Das Resultat ist großartig.
Ich würde mir das Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen.
