Every thing that I've expected and more!
markee.g. 19.11.2018
It is about 50+ playing hours with this amp so it's time to share my impressions.

I use it for rehearsals and club gigs with three different guitars: LP Gibson, Fender stratocaster and Ibanez jem. TC Spark mini in the loop for extra volume and Wampler Tumnus in front for more kick and sustain in solos. I took it with the matching cabinet 2536A.

Before buying I was concerned about two things:
- Will it be loud enough for rehearsals? (gigs were not considerable here because I have got other amps with more power for that)
- According to previously red reviews, is it really that hard to handle clean and lead channel which share EQ?

Mini Jubilee is really loud. Don't worry, it will eat the loudest drummer in your rehearsal room. It is loud enough for club gigs too. With volume pass 1 o'clock it has that massive Marshall taste which I really adore. This amp just can't sound bad, but master volume needs to be at least on 5-6. Answer for my first dilemma: Yes, its perfect for rehearsals and club gigs.
Rhythm clip sounds amazing to me. Real pity it's not foot-switchable (four stars for that only), and it doesn't affect lead channel at all, not to my ears.
Lower 5W possibility sounds excellent so if you need it for home practice or recording ? go for it.

Regarding clean/lead channel setting problem that is mentioned in many reviews that I red before: I really didn't have any problem here. You can balance lead and clean channel on this amp and it works satisfactory. When using guitar volume pots Mini Jubilee is very responsive and sensitive so you can remove gain with volume pots and get decent clean sound even with lead channel.
Nevertheless, if you are looking for crystal cleans this one is not for you. You will never get it with reasonable volume level, so if you need that - go buy yourself some Fender or similar amplifier.

Mini Jubilee can be used in the range from blues to hard rock with it's own rhythm clip and lead channel, but if you put some high gain distortion in front through clean channel you can go metal as well.

This great looking and well made amp looks classy. Everything on Mini Jubilee is perfect and the price is justified with quality. No cons here.

Believe me, if you are not Marshall fan yet, Mini Jubilee will make you become one.

Most highly recommended.

Simply awesome!
Mapno 14.08.2021
Build quality: Sturdy construction, great looks, easy to carry around if needed. Included footswitch has sturdy metal housing, only the switch could be a bit better, but it's not a big deal, does the job well. (9/10)

Tone: Classic Marshall tone, but with extra versatility due to the second channel and also takes pedals extremely well. I personally do not find the need to use distortion pedal, only overdrive boost combined with amp distortion. The amp, of course, can be very loud even on 5 watt mode, but I find it easy and managable to get great tone at bedroom volumes, as well, again due to the fact that this is a 2-channel amp that offers great master volume control. Controls in general are very usable and sensitive, lots of tone-shaping possibilites (10/10)

Features: 4, 8, 16 ohm outputs all available, FX loop works great, all in all, the amp offers everything that one might need when it comes to features. (10/10)

Conclusion: I would buy it again without a doubt, the amp is worth every single cent in my opinion.

P
Big Marshall sound in a little box
Pete-plays-guitar 15.06.2018
I was bouncing back and forth over which Marshall to go for. Yes the DSL range may have more channels and a wider range of tones , but for pure 'rock' sound, OK the 'Slash' sound you really can't beat it.
I had spent some time on the internet reviewing the build inside and from my understanding the main circuit board in the Jubilee seems to be much superior to the DSL range and likely to last much longer. Nothing to do with where it is made, just the materials it is built from.
I think the problem with this amp is that it might be classed as a 'one trick pony', which I have to admit it could be, but it does that trick very very well.
The pull pot for the diode clipping on the gain knob I think sounds quite nasty and never use it, it thins the sound out quite dramatically and in my ears not in a nice way. The EQ is very powerful and more than most amps in it's range of cut and boost. However, with Base, Middle and Treble on full with the gain at 12 o'clock, you have a fat rock sound to die for.
To really make this amp sing, pump the front end with a clean boost (I use the TC Spark) allow the amp tubes to do their business to create the overdrive and distortion. I don't switch the lower wattage setting as it takes much of the body of the sound away, but it does allow bedroom level playing.
If you want that 80's / 90's glorious rock sound then this is the amp for you. Having it at a lower wattage helps greatly in overdriving the tubes for 'that' sound. I would not choose it for metal or anything harder.
All in all a very nice little amp head. If you want that Marshall sound in a head that will last for ever then this is the one for you.
Hghly recommended!

T
Tasty amp.
Turus 28.03.2018
It took some time before I learned how to dial this amp correctly and the beginning was not easy. I have also tried a lot of other amps (many, many thanks Thomann) but this one have this mystery you want to discover every day, and every day you learn something new about it. You can tweak other amps and shape the sound but you can not make 2D sounding amp to sound like 3D. Silver Jubilee sounds 3D and this is best thing about this amp . You can almost see the notes in front of the speaker :). All the rest you can tweak, add pedals and so on, so on, and 3D sound is still there, and I think you need also good pickups in your guitar. I had some problem with tube rattling but Thomann fixed it and now it is perfect. In general hats off to Thomann.

Absolute Beast!
emddie 22.12.2018
This amp rocks! Probably the best invesment I've made in the past 9 years of playing guitar. It does that JCM one thing, but does it REALLY WELL. This is a modern take on a vintage piece of history. It will do anything from the early years of classic marshall goodness. For higher gain, I paired this thing with a boost pedal in the fx loop to achieve a good metal tone. I'd love a built in reverb and a better footswitch. Overall, This thing will make you happy with its marshall goodness. Thank you Thomann :) !

S
Just what I wanted
Sparticus 25.01.2021
I got back into playing the guitar over a year ago and bought myself a Les Paul Modern (love it). I started with a modelling Vox amp (Adio).
It wasn't what I really wanted and I knew the real deal with the Les Paul was a Marshall. I nearly bought The Marshall 40cr then found this 2525H and matching angled cab after reading lots of reviews. I love it , it is the Marshall sound I wanted, without the need for pedals. The clean is great (not clean enough for some, but they can write there own review). In crunch (overdrive) I get the sounds that I wanted and imagined from a Marshall stack.
I was concerned at 20w it might not be loud enough if I want to really crank it up. I needn't have worried. I often forget it does 20w as I usually practice in 5w mode but it does sound fuller on the 20w setting. I can't tell you what its like flat out I honestly think I would break the windows.
Even when I'm not using it, I glance round and admire it in my office.
So pleased I got it, even though my playing doesn't do it justice. It pleases me, and that's what matters to me.

Marshall mini silver jubilee
ibrahim zengin 05.08.2021
silver jubilee has came to my home yet. i played that amp with my celestion vintage 30 1x12 cab. sound of jubilee is very bright. clean channel is very awesome and drive channel is very versalite. you can take all tone to crunch from heavey metal sound. i have searching 'slash tones' until i started music. finally i found sound which is in my head with silver jubilee. by the way you can play on your bedroom because it has attenuator inside, it can be 5 watt so i love this amp.

F
Great Marshall tone
Fer.garcia 29.07.2018
Bought this amp to use mainly at home, soundwise, it's everything you can expect from a great marshall amp. great overdrive and distortion sounds, and great sparkling cleans as well. The Eq. is very responsive and you dial the sound you seek turning the knobs to your pleasure. Can use it both at home levels, or in a live situation, but the 5w mode it's not the amps best feature, I found out it will always sound better on 20w mode even if used at low volumes, otherwise it sounds "thin". If you are looking for a great marshall sound this amp covers it all from slash to pearl jam. The rythm clip knob is a great feature and you can easily control the overdrive with the volume knob of your guitar. I'm in love with this little amp,.
