Pleasantly surprised
Vlad Vartosu 31.05.2018
I was curios about the grip of this pick while checking it out, but I didn't set any expectations. That was good because this pick exceeded them. No matter how much you sweat or how slippery your fingers are, they will rest steady on the grip area.
The material is a rough grain that is quite comfortable and easy to grab / hold on to. The picking side is a smooth plastic that plays very well.
I would highly recommend it to people that tend to drop their picks because of sweat or other various reasons.

Pros: Very comfortable, playable and easy to grab. Will perform well if you are known to drop or lose picks in the middle of playing. Highly recommend it.

Cons: On one of the sides, where it says No. 7, it is design to not interfere with the strings, however, sometimes, the grained material can stick to the string and create a sort of grip. It is not necessarily a problem, more of a lack in design.

Great pick, thank you Thomann!

They are not cheap but definitely worth that money. They have a very good grip and are so much fun to play everything - from metal to jazz and even classical music.

But that grip thing is nasty, if you are one of the players, that puts their pick in the mouth

Clean sounding pick with good grip surface
alib8 22.07.2020
Using it with a bass guitar, the sound is clean and crisp. The textured grip surface is very helpful when holding onto the pick. Size is good, not too big and not too small. The material is rigid, not too flexible if you are looking for that. For the price it's great.

Great grip
Vinko P. 04.04.2023
Besides being very grippy, it actually affects the sound, especially compared to picks made out of harder materials, the strings produce less harsh overtones. On the downside, it wares off quite fast.

I had no expectations for this pic at all, just wanted to round the sum on my order and, by chance, I've found a pic that just suits me perfectly. Give it a go and you won't be sorry.

Great pick!

Used this with acoustic and electric guitars, no problem whatsoever. Even when playing live and sweating like crazy the grip is perfect. Very recommended, and I'll bui other thicknesses too to try them out.
