The distance between your shoulders and knees is not long enough for a proper and comfortable practice while you are sitting which creates confusion for the purpose of this mount pad. If the sticks should be in the middle of the pad in a relaxed body position then you will be struggling after a while as the distance is not long enough. May be my leg is short but I believe even you have long legs your arms would be long in the same ratio.
It didn't work very well for me but its idea and quality is very good.
