Thomann customer service is always there for you for any problem.

They came scratched and the bag full of holes. Not durable bag at all just helping to curry them around together.

The plastic on the top of the pole got stacked in the hole of my speaker.

In general the plastics that tight the pole and the legs of the stand they seem of a very poor quality.

Stability wise I took them to a gig that had a bit of a wind and even I opened the legs a lot it wasn't stable for my 10 inches speakers so I had to lower the height level of the speakers to be safe.
