O bought it as short base drum mic stand. It really is not usefull as it its too short for this application. Its stable enogh however to put a mic in it and leave it. Maybe only application would be as desk mic stand for pocasters?

Basic stand for normal use.

It have a balance issue. I used with with Behringer C-1, you need to adjust the angle with some extra piece of wood or book below the front legs to avoid falling to front by the weight of microphone.

Really good for the price.
Imaginary 02.07.2021
I got this to attach my Rode NT1-A and, while the spider can be nicely attached on the tip, it remains sideways, tilting the stand. I can't seem to be able to tighten it further so I will need to put something heavy on the legs to create balance.
It's well made and I like it but beware: it may not be the best choice for your microphone.

It is what it is for the price.
You get what you pay for. It's not great but not terrible.

It's fine, but not heavy enough.
MrMiagi 08.08.2023
My studio condenser mic is way to heavy for this. I have to keep it in suspense via the mic cable so it doest tip over. It only has one angle, and this angle doesn't support heavyweight. Fine product though

Nod bad, but no good with heavy mics.
Paul599 28.01.2014
Build qualty is excellent, but when used with a LDC mic it's not very stable at all. I used an Oktava 319 it's prone to toppling over. Would work well with smaller mics though.

Too small
RowanLG 16.05.2013
I think this product is a good idea but it was too small and lightweight to hold my t bone condensor mike up. it keeps falling down so i think the design is lacking somewhat
