At first it looks like really good quality. Yes the paint job is horrible and the backdoor lock is useless but for the price, who cares.
First problem you will notice is that the assembly instructions are bad. If they actually named the parts and put a small sticker or ID on them, that would help a lot with the assembly. Also, as others have complained, there are screws missing. They still have not fixed that. I guess they don't do QA on these products. That is all fine though. I wound have still given it 3-4 stars based on what you get for the price. Why I don't recommend buying this is because it is not 19" standard. You can't fit 19" equipment in it. Mine is about 1mm too narrow. Shelves and other less rigid equipment can be squeezed in but I have a network switch that just won't fit. In other 19" racks, there are a few millimeters to spare so you will easily fit them. Here I had to remove the vertical rack rails from the rack, install the switch and then squeeze it in to the rack back. To be able to fit amplifiers and other equipment I will have to modify the rack.
Once I had it assembled, I looked at it for hours and compared it to pictures only. I was sure I had done something wrong with the assembly. But there just isn't a way that I can make it any wider. No part that I had place the wrong way around. Everything looks good except that I can't actually use it.
I would return it but that is more hassle than it is worth for me. I will take a grinder to it and remove 2mm of metal from it. Then I can actually start using it.
