HIHAT NOT WORKING

I received the shipment and we immediately set it up for testing. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem where the hihat is not working when we are hitting the pad. The open and close are working when you step in the pedal. We checked everything (wirings, connections, etc), and the other pads are working fine where the pad for hihat is not working. Hoping Thomann will provide the quickest fix on this.
