After returning the Mono FlyBy Ultra, I decided to give Mono Cases a second chance. As my beloved UDG Ultimate backpack already proved much better than the FlyBy, I started looking for a slimmer profile backpack for day to day use. I'm keeping this bag, as it ticks all the right boxes for me - it's slim and superlight, while still capable to hold my Denon DJ Prime Go unexpanded. It has enough well thought out pockets for misc. items and it only lacks a key compartment and a water bottle holder. The bag is made of super nice premium nylon and vinyl and while probably not fuly waterproof, will provide decent protection for your gear in a drizzle. The laptop compartment suffers from the same problem as the breakaway laptop bag of the FlyBy, but to a much lesser extent - there's a part at the bottom which is not padded. While the laptop bag of the FlyBy has practically the protection properties of a paper bag at the bottom, this one's flaw is actually negligible. The chest strap has a very satisfying magnetic buckle and is super easy to use. The zippers are buttery, the shoulder straps are adequately ventilated, the top handle doubles as a hanger loop and will not get ruined if you hang the bag on it. Perfectly nice bag, albeit a bit pricey.
