I was looking for a nice analog outboard synth. And ofcourse like anyone would be, i was tempted by the awesome Moog Filter option, by means of external audio input! But since the product was released several years ago, physically it hasn't changed and most of the cool stuff added are hidden under the hood.
Definately a nice module to fiddle around with (Being a Moog, obviously) but not so for me as it didn't work with my personal setup in ways i would have liked to see it. Would be nice with all the power packed into this little Minotaur Monster if Moog had updated the actual hardware too, meaning: like more knobs, preset selection and such for live tweaking away from that aweful screen...
So to round up and not be a complete turd about it: Nice gear if you want to learn all button combinations (for added features over time), but i just wanted an out-of-the-box hands-on synth, sorry.... i'm but a simple turd, not a professor with great memory, who likes to physically twist knobs around and be adventurous.
