Bin einfach begeistert wie alles Schritt für Schritt erklärt wird.
Man kann das Tempo einstellen, die Übungen vor oder zurück spulen, beliebige Abschnitte markieren und in endlos Schlaufe laufen lassen.

Für mich das beste Programm was es zur Zeit gibt und habe gleich ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen. Die Investition Lohnt sich auf jeden fall.
