This will be a longer one.
First of all i played orange amps for couple of years now. Had Dark Terror for about 2-3 years, which i loved, then upgraded to Thunderverb 50 which i had for about 4 years now. I love orange amps, there is just something about the sound, look and general feeling of awesomeness.
Bought SC100 because my playing changed and I needed something more versatile with clean channel (as much as i love thunderverb sound, i just couldn't dial in the sound i need now). And i messed up my back so the TH50 started killing me.
Now for SC100 love the clean channel, it's bright, crispy, everything about it sounds good and it takes pedals really well. For dirty channel i expected gain knob to be bit more aggressive, but putting gain to 11 really brings out the specific crackle we love about orange amps. Even started rethinking my pedal choices as i am in love with dirty channel maxed out. That thing rocks!
EQ's work really great as you would expect from this sort of amp. Mayyyybe I'd like to see 3-band eq on both channels, as clean one has only high and low eq, but it's more than enough to tweak your sound as needed.
Nothing much to comment on reverb as i don't use it. Though it's nice to have. All the other features are done well just as you would expect on Orange made amp. And can't wait to try out the DI out on it as i think it may bring out even more possibilities later in gigging.
All in all (I will be butchered from now on by some guys) I think tube amps are overrated. It makes sense to use tubes for some styles, but if you play something heavier, where your distortion/fuzz or heavy amp drive are main sound, I don't see meaningful difference. And A/B class amplification does the job as well with less cost, weight and maintenance.
QUALITY IS NOT IN THE PRICE recommend this amp 100%
