Product structure is decent but it doesn't do a good job

I got this for my Soprano Ukulele to help hold the ukulele in place as I switch to certain chords, it doesn't help with the transition and the Ukulele tilts forward if released even just a little bit.
I also find it unconfortable around my neck but I do have pre-existing neck issues so others may not experience this issue.
