The mouthpiece is easy blowing. I was using Meyer 9 MM until now. It is very easy blowing as well but in the mid range the resistance is too small and thus hard to control. The Link is even throughout the whole range. It has a dark tone. Not that laud but with enough punch for me. I am using it with Legere 2 reed and Rovner Versa X ligature. I love the sound and the feeling.
I ordered two mouthpieces - one 7 and one 6*. The 7 was perfect and plays very well. The 6* I ordered for my daughter had asymmetrical Roll-Over Baffle. Thus it had much brighter sound. My daughter found it hard to play. Now due to the baffle issue I am not sure if the tip opening or the baffle issue was the reason my daughter found it hard to play. I believe Thomann send it by mistake as the box was open and it was taped. Obviously someone else noticed the issue of the mouthpiece and returned it as well. Thomann offered free return so I send the 6* back. It is better if one can test several before choosing one.

I'm not a professional sax player, so take my opinion just as that.
Coming from alto playing, my transition to tenor was with this mouthpiece.
At first I found it dificcult due to the larger air column. Once my diafragm got used to it, I found the mouthpiece quite accomodating to my developing embrochure.
I tend to find the control over the lower octave more demanding that the upper ones.
The sound is bright but not so much as other models I have tried, like Aizen, f. e.
I'm working now in my altissimos and having a hard time with it.
The mouthpiece is not to blame though.
I will stick to it for the time beeing
